¾ cup of low fat milk

Gingery Berry & Oat Smoothie
¼ cup of oats
½ cup of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup of ice
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
¼ to ½ teaspoon fresh ginger grated
½ cup of water
Put your oats and ½ cup of water in your blender. Let the oats soak until they are soft, this should take about 15 minutes. Next add the blueberries, ice, brown sugar, yogurt, and the ginger. Blend all of the ingredients well until the smoothie is frothy and smooth.

½ cup of coconut milk
2 cups kale
1 ½ cps pineapple chopped
1 chopped banana
Put all the ingredients in your blender and puree until it's smooth. This should take about a minute then add water to get to the consistency that you want.
Not many people turn away from strawberries so here's how to make healthy smoothies that include this popular and delicious fruit. I hope you'll not balk at the flax included in this because the flavor that awaits you is one you simply don't want to miss out on.
Strawberry & Flax Smoothie
1 cup of strawberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup of plain yogurt
½ cup of fresh orange juice
1 tablespoon of honey
1 tablespoon of flaxseed meal (should be able to find it at any health food store)
Put your strawberries, orange juice, yogurt, flaxseed meal, and honey in your blender. Simply blend until this great tasting smoothie is frothy and smooth.

½ cup of 1% milk
3 seedless clementine oranges
1 small banana
2 ice cubes
1 teaspoon of honey

Put the ingredients in your blender and puree all of it for 30 to 60 seconds and blend this great tasting smoothie until it's nice and frothy and smooth. Serve and enjoy!
